The Bridge of Sighs at Hertford College, Oxford

Spanning the River Cherwell between two parts of Hertford College's historic buildings under a partly cloudy sky, this covered bridge is known as 'The Bridge of Sighs'. Its Baroque style architecture features an elegant semi-circular archway and ornate balustrades. In the background stands the magnificent dome of Brasenose College Chapel, adding to the picturesque quality of this iconic Oxford landmark.
