Old Mackinac Point Lighthouse

An old brick lighthouse stands proudly under the blue sky dotted with white clouds in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. It features a red roofed keeper's house attached to its side which has large windows and an American flag flying above it. A tall cylindrical tower adorned at the top by a black lantern room completes this historic maritime structure. In front of the building is a manicured lawn where green grass meets a concrete walkway leading up to what appears as a welcoming porch.
